
We have established a new shared multipurpose space, the CDG Base, on the 2nd floor of the Interdisciplinary Research Complex No.1. At the center of the space, there are tables and movable low tables available for meetings and events, and along the walls, individual work desks equipped with power outlets are provided. All NAIST faculty, staff, students, and related personnel are welcome to use the space.
CDG Base Usage Information
Location: Interdisciplinary Research Complex No.1, 2nd Floor (Rooms 204 & 208)
Available Hours: Weekdays, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Usage Guidelines:
1. The CDG Base is freely available on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM when there are no prior reservations.
2. The building and the 2nd floor entrance are locked outside of these hours (you can exit, but not enter).
3. For reservations or use on weekends, holidays, or outside regular hours, please contact the CDG Office.
4. Eating and drinking are allowed. (Please maintain cleanliness after use.)
5. The use of fire or open flames is strictly prohibited.
6. Please take care of your personal belongings. CDG assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
7. The last person to leave must turn off the lights and air conditioning.
