Special Program of Social Implementation Workshop for Researchers “Now, Get a Chance! Road to GAP Fund” (2 sessions)

We have organized a workshop (two sessions) on the theme of “Now, Get a Chance! The Road to GAP Fund,” a special program of social implementation workshop for researchers.
In 2022, three projects (two in bioscience and one in information science) in NAIST has been gotten GAP funds from the Keihanshin Startup Academia Coalition (KSAC). This year, the fund has been scaled up to about three times, and various supports are available to more researchers for their efforts to implement their research seeds in society.
Researchers who think that “my research is not relevant because it is ‘Basic Research'” have ample opportunity to obtain GAP funds simply by changing their perspective or receiving advice. In this workshop, you can learn about the GAP Fund from a variety of perspectives, such as “What is the GAP Fund? and “Can I use the GAP Fund as a research grant? Not only faculty and staff, but also post-doctoral fellows, graduate Students, and PhD students are welcome to attend.
