NAIST Green Economy Session – Integrated Bio-Foundry (July 19, 2023) (On-campus only)

The sessions are planned as an exchange opportunity for NAIST students to discuss with invited speakers from companies, including members of the NAIST Green Economy Consortium, as they introduce the latest information from industry. The event will be held during the lunch break, so you are welcome to bring your own foods and beverages.

Dr. Musashi Takenaka (Bacchus Bio Innovation) will introduce one of the BtoB business models, “Integrated Bio-Foundry”. We look forward to seeing you there.

Title: Integrated Bio-Foundry

Abstract: Bacchus Bio Innovation is a start-up company founded in 2020 as Japan’s first “Integrated Bio-Foundry®”. We aim to create a “new industry” based on biotech manufacturing, in honor of the god Bacchus, the god of “fermentation”. In this session, we will introduce the technology we are developing and our development projects for the digital x bio era.

Note: Food and beverages may be brought into the venue.
